Landry, Watkins, Repaske & Breaux has been engaged in the practice of law as a partnership for almost 70 years, having been originally organized in 1952 under the name of Landry, Watkins, Cousin & Landry. Its founding members were Jacob S. Landry, Guyton H. Watkins, Jack J. Cousin and Alfred Smith Landry.

          The hallmark of this firm is loyalty and service to its clients, and its present and former clients can serve as references for the professionalism and integrity of the lawyers of the firm and the efficiency and quality with which the firm has performed its services, at all times giving primacy to the interests of its clients.

As proof of the dedication of the firm to this principle, its current and former partners have included past presidents of the New Iberia Kiwanis Club, New Iberia Optimist Club, the Inn on the Teche (an American Inns of Court), a former member of the Iberia Parish School Board and former members of the boards of local private schools, members of the boards of local civic organizations, a recipient of the Outstanding Citizen Award of the City of New Iberia and two recipients of the Outstanding Young Man Award of the New Iberia Junior Chamber of Commerce.

          Its current members have a long history of experience in the handling of banking, real estate, insurance, title, public utility, corporate contract, personal injury, property damage, domestic and family law, worker's compensation, creditor bankruptcy claims and collection matters, and have litigated cases in all of these areas of endeavor.
